One of Martin Carthy's many side projects, this one is purely a family affair, with wife Norma Waterson, daughter Eliza Carthy on fiddle, and son-in-law Saul Rose on melodeon, make wonderful traditional British folk music. A monstrously talented group, they bring exceptional group harmonies and outstanding instrumental prowess. True students of their art, they are able to arrange ancient songs into something new and challenging, without detracting from the spirit or beauty of the origin
