Apply to be a vendor
The setting in the park is glorious, the volunteers are so friendly, the musicians are mesmerizing and yet approachable, the food is divine, and the whole event seemed to run so smoothly.

Concessionaires
Concession applications are accepted from Feb 1 - April 15, 2012.
Download the application form and mail or fax to the festival office.
Vendors are selected based on a variety of factors including menu quality, variety, booth specifications, electrical needs etc. Remember - we are set up in an outdoor park! The 2012 fee is $2500 for a base footprint of up to 20' x 20' and 3 20 amp outlets. Additional space or electrical needs are charged on a sliding scale.
The Festival provides just the space, electrical and water/grey water hook ups. Vendors are required to provide flooring, sump pump, handwash sinks, hose, extension cords, lighting, tent and all other equipment. Vendors are required to comply to all health and building code regulations, and provide proof of insurance. The electric grid on the island is limited, and electrical needs are an important consideration in the selection process. The festival is an eco-aware event, and requires vendors to participate in composting, recycling and other green programs.

Arts Market
The arts market application is available Feb 1 - April 15, 2012
Click here to submit your application.
The fee for 2012 is $700.00. Payment is due at the time of contracting. Each vendor receives four non-transferable wristbands for staffing and a 10x10 space for your tent. Vending occurs from Thursday July 26 - Sunday July 29.
The arts market is jury-selected in early May. We give primary consideration to artisan items, rather than import/export or commercial goods. Each vendor is asked to donate an item from their booth (approx. value $20) for the festival to use for festival volunteer appreciation. The arts market is outdoor and operates rain or shine. All vendors must supply their own power cords (minimum length of 200 ft.), display tables, chairs, tent/canopy (which must be pegged to withstand inclement weather).
