2012 Food Booths application

Click here to download the application form and mail or fax to the festival office between Feb 1 and April 15, 2012. The application includes the Alberta Health Services Special Event Participation form. Please complete this and include it with your application. 

All vendors will be notified of the results in early May. Successful applicants will receive contracts at this time.
